Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative to ensure protection during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 7-10 business days.
